The short answer
We turn what you need from a home into a clear brief, shortlist the right suburbs, find and inspect properties on and off market, check the price against real comparable sales and negotiate on your behalf. We coordinate due diligence with your broker and conveyancer through to settlement.
You deal with James throughout, not a junior team, and you pay one fixed fee agreed upfront, so we have no reason to push your price up.
What we focus on
You can renovate a house, not a location. We rank the area before comparing houses.
Manual comparable sales, three to five properties rated superior, similar or inferior, so you know where the price sits and why.
We separate what can be changed after settlement from what cannot, and make sure building and pest checks are done properly.
